- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In 2012, after injuring my back and being unable to work, my wife and I unfortunately had to file bankruptcy. Our bankruptcy, which included Gary Tope (Cash2U), was discharged in 2013, and more recently, Gary had called me and threatened hat if I did not pay him - regardless of the court discharging the debt - that he would again report the debt to the credit reporting bureaus as well as the IRS. Gary Tope is an unethical and immoral businessman and no one should do business with this company.By Rod Vessey, April 09, 2017
